1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PROCODE, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
3. Tournament Participation
By registering for a tournament, you agree to abide by the specific rules and format of that tournament. PROCODE reserves the right to disqualify participants for cheating, unsportsmanlike conduct, or violation of tournament rules. Prize pool distribution is subject to the terms specified for each individual tournament.
4. Coaching Services
Coaches on the platform are independent contractors, not employees of PROCODE. While we verify coach credentials, PROCODE is not responsible for the quality or outcome of coaching sessions. Refund policies for coaching sessions are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. ProToken System
ProTokens are digital rewards with no cash value outside the PROCODE platform. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for currency. PROCODE reserves the right to modify token values, earning rates, and redemption options at any time.
6. Code of Conduct
Users must not engage in harassment, hate speech, cheating, or any behavior that disrupts the experience of other users. Violations may result in temporary or permanent account suspension without refund of any purchased services or tokens.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on PROCODE, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the property of PROCODE or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
PROCODE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to PROCODE in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
